About
In this role, you will perform detailed orthodontic examinations, interpret radiographs and digital imaging, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with best clinical practices and patient goals. You will place and adjust fixed and removable appliances, including traditional braces and clear aligner systems, monitor treatment progress, and ensure that each patient receives safe, effective, and timely care. You will work closely with general dentists, pediatric dentists, and other specialists within our affiliated practices to coordinate interdisciplinary care and maintain continuity of treatment.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation in our electronic health record systems, adhering to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards. You will provide clear, empathetic communication to patients and their families, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, expected outcomes, and home care instructions. You will also contribute to a positive clinical environment by mentoring clinical team members, supporting efficient patient flow, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
