Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in running our kitchen and leading a dynamic team of up to 15 passionate individuals.

At Butlin's, making our guests smile is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll ensure that our guests remain the central focus of all operational decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Resource planning and recruitment to build the best team.
• Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
• Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to standards.
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health & safety regulations.
