Are you ready to take the lead in a vibrant kitchen environment? We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team at Butlin’s in Bognor Regis! Here, we believe that variety is the spice of life, and in this role, you’ll have the chance to inspire and develop our talented team in one of our fantastic food venues.
At Butlin’s, we know that no seaside trip is complete without delicious food. As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this experience, leading a team of up to 15 chefs and kitchen porters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting, training, and developing your team
- Managing stocktakes, rosters, and timesheets
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
- Collaborating closely with the Venue Manager and front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service
As part of the Buffets department, you may also support other kitchen teams and participate in event work during conferences held on the resort.

- Qualified: You should have passed your Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen.
In addition, you’ll be responsible for managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met. Our chefs at Butlin’s are truly special, and we know our guests love returning to our restaurants as part of their holiday experience. Typical working hours: You’ll work five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week, and you’ll be part of a bonus scheme.
