You will participate in ongoing education, staff meetings, and quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing imaging quality, patient safety, and workflow efficiency. Collaboration with colleagues in nursing, emergency medicine, and other specialties is essential, as you may support cross-departmental initiatives and assist with training newly hired or student technologists.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, dependable professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced hospital environment and is committed to upholding high technical standards as well as compassionate bedside care. Methodist Health System offers competitive compensation and benefits, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to our mission of improving and saving lives across Texas through high-quality, patient-centered healthcare.
