About
As an Occupational Therapist with Point Quest Group, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct and consultative services in school and community-based settings. You will address areas such as fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, visual-motor integration, self-care, and access to academic and social activities. You will work closely with special education teams, general education teachers, related service providers, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into meaningful routines, ensuring that services are aligned with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and educational goals.
You will participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions, offering clear professional recommendations and collaborating on accommodations, modifications, and supports that promote student success. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate, timely documentation; completing standardized and informal evaluations; monitoring progress; and adjusting interventions to reflect student growth and changing needs. You will also provide training and coaching to caregivers and school staff, helping them implement practical strategies that reinforce therapy goals across environments.
At Point Quest Group, you will be part of a supportive and inclusive culture that values collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
