Job Summary: This is an on-site role located in Marlboro, NJ. Minimum 3 days a week with the potential for 5 (one weekend day a must). Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience. Assist in managing store operations, including merchandising and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Stay informed about fashion trends to assist customers with product recommendations. Train and mentor junior associates to foster team development and enhance store performance. Qualifications: Has retail experience.
