About
Impact & Growth: Interface with clients to close high ticket contracts for semi-custom and custom builds. Autonomy & Ownership: You will represent PR Builders by interacting with pre-qualified prospective clients to bring them to contract and guide them through the pre-contract process. Key Responsibilities
Contact Pre-Qualified Leads: Oversee all phases from initial client contact, site visits, and contract closure. Team Management: Coordinate with owner, sales staff, pre-contract manager, permit technician, engineers and architects to bring the client's vision of their new home to contract. Client Experience: Serve as the single point of contact—build trust, manage expectations, and deliver a seamless, white-glove experience through the pre-contract phase.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of identifiable high-dollar sales. A proven record of bringing deals to closure. Exceptional financial and negotiation acumen. Strong leadership and communication skills; decisive problem-solver who thrives under pressure. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across job sites.
