We are seeking experienced A & B Level Technicians who can consistently perform at a high level in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
This is a flat-rate shop offering uncapped earning potential for technicians who are efficient, accurate, and committed to delivering high-quality, comeback-free work.
Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems Perform service work in a flat-rate environment Complete accessory installations, performance upgrades, and custom builds Maintain high productivity and efficiency with minimal comebacks Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, high-output shop Compensation & Benefits $80,000 – $120,000 annually (uncapped earning potential) Flat-rate commission structure based on productivity Weekly pay Consistent workload year-round Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off and 7 Paid Holidays Employee discounts Paid training and certification opportunities Career advancement opportunities Qualifications Proven A-Level or strong B-Level technician experience Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment Detail-oriented with a low comeback rate Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Comfortable in a high-volume shop setting Preferred Experience Powersports, motorcycle, automotive, or marine repair Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability Technical certifications (preferred) Valid driver’s license Schedule Tuesday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Additional Information This role is ideal for technicians who take pride in their work, maintain high productivity, and want to maximize their earning potential in a shop that supports high performers.
