Direct Support Professional - DSP Employment Type:
Full-time Salary: $16 per hour We're hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on care to individuals in our residential programs across Pennsylvania. As a DSP, you'll empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independently and thrive within their communities. This is a direct care role that requires reliability, empathy, and a heart for service. Provide daily care and supervision in a residential setting ? Support individuals in achieving independence with daily tasks and routines ? Encourage participation in social and community activities ? Monitor health, safety, and well-being of individuals ? Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations and agency policies ? Assist with training and onboarding of new team members ? Must
be at least 18 years old ? High School Diploma or GED ? Experience in direct care or behavioral health services ? Familiarity with I/DD populations and residential care settings Full-time Employees: ? Up to 10 paid holidays (based on location) ? Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options ?
