Discover the needs of the prospect and their organization.
Support Account Executives through email, phone calls, presentations, social selling, and face-to-face events.
Champion the relationship between the account and the Mercer team.
Create project timeline, scope, and costing.
Work with Mercer cross teams to develop and support collaborative approach solutions.
Rationalize the approach with the client and mitigate roadblocks.
Support all initiatives in the creation of the Statement of Work.
What you need to have: Bachelors Degree and a minimum of five (5) years of professional or industry-specific experience within the Workday ecosystem or similar software, which can include full-time employment, part-time roles, or internships
Shown industry experience preferred in either project management within the Workday ecosystem, prospecting, inside sales, business development, high technology exposure, marketing, direct sales, or IT consulting
Must be business level in English (both written and verbal)
Live within the central region of the United States

The applicable base salary range for this role is $97,000 to $194,500. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
