About
Oversee and manage the full contractor design process throughout the project lifecycle Ensure strict adherence to all design and build procedures, with Health & Safety and quality as core priorities Maintain alignment with the design and delivery programme at all times Coordinate external consultants, subcontractors, and internal design teams Develop, manage, and finalise work packages in line with project requirements Ensure all design elements meet project specifications, drawings, and quality expectations Manage design information flow across subcontractor packages Chair design coordination meetings and subcontractor design meetings as required Take responsibility for contract administration relating to contractor design packages Support monthly reporting on design progress, risk, procurement, and off-site manufacture Assist the commercial team with subcontract issues and any deviations from tendered scope About You
Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline Extensive experience in a Design Management role within the construction industry Confident decision-maker with a calm, adaptable approach to challenges Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders Ambitious and motivated to progress your career within a forward-thinking environment Benefits
