Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 Plus O/T + Flexible Benefits, Plus on-call (1-3)

Are you ready to take your engineering skills to the next level? At NG Bailey Facilities Services, we are on the lookout for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Reigate. You will play a crucial role in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

In this exciting role, you will:

• Conduct fault finding and repair on a variety of electrical and mechanical plant and equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical plant faults while adhering to all statutory requirements.
• Perform effective servicing, fault diagnosis, and repair work on HVAC equipment to current standards.
• Submit clear, concise, and accurate reports of work carried out.
• Utilize computers and PDAs comfortably in your daily tasks.
• Participate in the team call-out rota (1-3), with standby payments while on call.

You should possess:

• Experience as a multi-skilled maintenance service engineer within the commercial sector, focusing on routine plant repairs and maintenance.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Services.
• 18th Edition qualification (desirable).
