Position: Nursery Practitioner Level 3

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, All year round

Salary: £34,807.50 per annum

Located in the beautiful grounds of Weybridge, we cater to children aged 3 months to 5 years, fostering growth, curiosity, and a love for learning. Our dedicated team is passionate about making every child's experience memorable.

Conveniently situated near Brooklands Business Park, our nursery is easily accessible via public transport and offers ample parking. Surrounded by stunning rural landscapes, we provide children with opportunities to connect with nature and engage in outdoor activities.

Our large outdoor play area, complete with a climbing frame and a dedicated baby garden, offers safe and stimulating environments for exploration and play, supporting children's physical, social, and emotional development.

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

We are excited to invite a passionate Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our expanding team! This full-time role involves:

  • Providing stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
  • Ensuring compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
  • Supporting the smooth running of the nursery and the wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
  • Building strong relationships with children to foster secure attachments.
  • Participating in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and policies.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
  • Over 1 year of experience in Early Years (desirable).
  • Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS (desirable).
