Location & Schedule- Address: 45 Mill Road, Myland, Colchester, CO4 5LE
- Part-time: 15 hours - Thursday and Friday, 8am-5pm
- Competitive Pay: £13.61 per hour

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, providing a high standard of care and education in a safe environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan engaging activities that support each child’s learning and development.
- Collaborate with your team, demonstrating a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
- Follow risk assessments and report any health and safety matters to management.
- Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to SucceedTo thrive in this role, you will need:
- Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Essential: Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Desirable: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years.
- Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
