Shift:
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• AS completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health.

Additional Details:
If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to WA state regulations. (Nursing positions only)
Required Skills/Experience: - Experience with general surgery, vascular, orthopedics, podiatry, gyn, urology, and neuro-spine cases. - Years of Experience: 3-5yrs
Unit Details: - Stryker-equipped rooms. - Primarily adult patients; no pediatrics under certain weight.
Shift & Scheduling: - Weekend call. Call requirements: 1 weeknight per month and 1 weekend per month.
7 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
Driver’s license required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA))
