About
This role will include administrative and coordination responsibilities such as quote entry, RFQ management, and data handling. It will transition to adding technical review, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer communication (calls, emails, inquiries)
Sales & estimating support including quote entry and vendor coordination
Technical review of prints and models
RFQ and supplier coordination
Reporting and document management
Pricing updates including tariffs and surcharges
General office and team support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Strong organization and time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel
Ability to read technical drawings (or willingness to learn)
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Background or exposure to machining/CNC/manufacturing
CNC machining, setup, or programming experience
Estimating or quoting experience
Familiarity with SolidWorks or other CAD
Understanding of cycle times and tooling
Shift and pay
This is a first shift salary position with a flexible schedule of 45 hours per week
Pay is based on experience
