About
Essential Job Function
- Analyzes patient cases to assess their needs and to develop individualized care plans.
- Prepares and processes documentation related to patient care to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Researches and stays up-to-date with evidence-based practices and healthcare guidelines relevant to the assigned patient population to incorporate the latest knowledge into care plans and interventions.
- Reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of care plans, monitoring patient outcomes and making adjustments as needed to optimize patient well-being to achieve desired goals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
- Required: Associate's Degree Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Experience
- Required: 2 years as a Registered Nurse and 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations
Licensure/Certification/Listing
- Required:Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact stateBLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
