*Position Overview*
As a Licensed Medicare Agent (Health Plan Specialist), you will educate seniors on their healthcare options, guide them through the enrollment process, and provide ongoing support. This is a relationship-driven, performance-based role ideal for individuals who are motivated, personable, and goal-oriented.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Generate leads through provider outreach, community events, health fairs, and outbound calls
* Conduct one-on-one sales appointments (in-person and telephonic) and complete compliant enrollments
* Build and maintain relationships with medical offices and community partners
* Provide ongoing member support and generate referrals
* Participate in training and continuous professional development
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Active Hawaii Life & Health Insurance License
* Sales or customer service experience preferred
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with excellent time management
* Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
