to join our growing business on a permanent basis. This is not a traditional requirements gatherer BA role
we need someone who can
bridge the gap between business and IT , engage confidently with technical teams, and work hands-on with data to validate how systems behave. In this role, you can expect to: Business Analysis & Change Capture and document business requirements across projects. Work with Architecture, Development, Testing and Product teams to shape solutions. Translate business problems into clear system and data requirements. Support process optimisation and efficiency through better use of systems and data. Technical & Data Responsibilities Use SQL (or similar) to query, analyse and validate data. Build simple Power BI reports or data views. Understand core data structures, schemas and relationships. Contribute to discussions on APIs, integrations and data contracts.
