Factory Location: Hot Springs, AR
Compensation: $21.85 / hour
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked 
Schedule: 6:00pm-6:30am on a 2/2/3 rotation; night shift to start after an initial training period on day shift

Must be available to work holidays and weekends as business needs

Responsibilities:

Primo Brands is seeking a Warehouse Dock Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient dock operations within our warehouse environment. 

  • Coordinate dock doors and equipment to support efficient loading and unloading

  • Communicate with carriers and yard support to stage trailers and maintain flow

  • Process shipping and receiving transactions accurately (e.g., pick tickets, goods issue, receipts/returns)

  • Maintain accurate yard and shipment records; investigate and resolve discrepancies

  • Complete required traceability/compliance reports

  • Keep the dock office organized using 5S workplace standards

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to work independently and on a team

  • Flexible to work overtime or different shifts as needed

  • 2+ years warehouse shipping/receiving or inventory experience

  • SAP experience

  • Forklift experience

Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
