*Overview Description:*
We have a 1+ year need for an accomplished senior-level Project/ Program Manager who has experience selecting, implementing, and managing project tracking systems for public entities.
This project operates on west-coast hours, with occasional meetings in Seattle, WA.

*Requirements:*
* 10+ years as a Project Manager, with 5+ years in a senior-level role on complex enterprise-level projects
* 3+ years’ experience managing project tracking systems implementation projects
* Experience selecting and managing vendors
* Experience writing and managing RFPs
* Functional analysis experience, managing process improvements and building structures and plans for future success of an application post go-live
* Experience managing integrations project tracking systems and other enterprise systems
* Experience with change management and project governance
* Super communication skills, both oral and written
* Experience working for a government organization
*Nice-to-haves:*
* Experience at a public or private utility company
* Experience working with/ implementing/ integrating with Accela

*Pay Range\*: *$60 - $85 hourly
