*Position Overview for RN/LPN:*
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled *RN/LPN* to join our team. The LPN will oversee medical services provided to residents in our group homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort. This role involves collaborating with a supportive team and making a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.
*Responsibilities for RN/LPN:*
* Provide medical oversight and ensure adequate supplies in group homes.
* Correct staff medical procedures when necessary.
* Participate in client review meetings and monthly medication reviews.
* Coordinate emergency situations and update staff on changes in residents' conditions.
* Administer medications and treatments as needed.
* Monitor resident conditions and communicate with healthcare providers.
* Assist with personal care, community integration, and social activities.
*Qualifications for LPN:*
* Current *RN/LPN* license.
* Training and experience in nursing.
* Preferably at least one year of experience working with individuals needing nursing care, especially those with developmental disabilities.
* Valid Michigan driver’s license and current insurance.
