As an Operator, you will be responsible for preparing, weighing, mixing, and filling packages. The work can be physically demanding. Since the company is still young, not everything is structured, flexibility is essential, and your improvement ideas are always welcome!Your tasks include: Setting up and adjusting machines.
Monitoring the production process.
Filling packaging with products.
Labeling.
Packing and preparing goods for shipment.
Working hoursYou will work in a fixed 2-shift schedule (non-rotating): Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
Evening shift: 14:00 – 22:00
This means you’ll always have free time in the morning or afternoon—for example, to work out. You can even use the gym on site!
Functievereisten:
Who are you? Experience as a production worker or operator, preferably in the food industry.
Able to adapt quickly to unexpected situations.
Proficient in English.

A gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €2,900.
Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (up to €150 per month).
