The Role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving MEWA UK’s growth across the OX, RG, HO, LU, SL, HA region. You’ll represent our brand with professionalism, build strong customer relationships, and showcase our innovative products and services. With a mix of pre‑booked appointments and proactive outreach, you’ll identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and contribute to the ongoing success of our sales operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend pre‑booked sales appointments arranged by your call agent.
* Proactively generate new business through targeted cold calling and outreach within your territory.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers across your set post coded area.
* Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable MEWA products and services.
* Manage your weekly schedule effectively, ensuring follow‑up on all leads.
* Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth.
* Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and updates in the CRM system.
* Represent MEWA professionally, consistently upholding our customer service and quality standards.

* A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel within a set post coded area.
