Position: Recruitment Administrator - 6-month FTC (Mat Cover)
Company: Dove Adolescent Services
Salary: £12,923.39 approx. pro rata (£25,846.77 FTE)
Location: Head Office - Pontefract
Contract Type: Full-time, 6-month FTC (Mat Cover)
Working Hours: 39 hours per week
Monday - Thursday: 9am - 5pm
Friday: 9am - 4pm

As our Recruitment Administrator, you will play a vital role in delivering a proactive and professional recruitment service. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and our central HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the recruitment email inbox, responding promptly to queries.
- Post job adverts across various platforms, including social media.
- Conduct occasional salary benchmarking to keep us competitive.
- Perform pre-screening checks on applicants.
- Invite candidates to interviews, ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare and send interview packs to hiring managers.
- Organize paperwork for successful candidates and liaise with the HR admin team.
- Maintain an accurate recruitment database to track vacancy progress.
- Update the HR team with application information for reporting.
- Assist with additional recruitment tasks as needed.
