SEN / SEND Tutor, Cheshire

We are collaborating with schools and local authorities in your area to find passionate Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutors and Teachers. If you have a genuine desire to uplift disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners, this is your chance to take control of your teaching journey. • Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to children and young people with SEMH and SEND needs.
• Support students from KS1 to KS5 by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Regularly assess and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Subjects: Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Compliance: Enhanced DBS (we can assist with this) and 2+ professional references.
• Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work.
• Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
