What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
  • Install, align, and dismantle heavy machinery and mechanical components
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

What Are We Looking For

  • Red Seal Millwright certification
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
