About

Hand & Physical Therapy of Wyoming is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team specializing in hand therapy and comprehensive physical rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide patient-centered, evidence-based care to individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, and conditions affecting the upper extremity as well as general orthopedic and musculoskeletal function. You will perform thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence. Working closely with our experienced clinicians, you will collaborate on complex cases, contribute your expertise to treatment planning, and communicate regularly with referring providers and other healthcare professionals. You will document care accurately in our electronic medical record system, track functional outcomes, and adjust interventions based on patient progress and best-practice guidelines. A strong interest in hand therapy and upper extremity rehabilitation is important, and you will have opportunities to deepen your skills in this specialty area. This position is ideal for a PT who values a collaborative, supportive environment and is committed to continuous learning. At Hand & Physical Therapy of Wyoming, we emphasize compassionate, one-on-one care and personalized treatment tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle. You will have the opportunity to expand your clinical expertise, pursue specialized training, and participate in ongoing professional development while contributing meaningfully to the health of the Jackson community. The Licensed PT will manage a varied caseload that may include post-surgical hand and upper extremity cases, orthopedic and sports-related injuries, chronic pain, and general physical rehabilitation needs. Responsibilities include performing detailed assessments, setting measurable treatment goals, designing and progressing rehabilitation programs, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs, self-management strategies, and injury prevention. You will uphold all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards, maintain a safe and clean treatment environment, and participate in team meetings and case discussions to ensure high-quality, coordinated care. Hand & Physical Therapy of Wyoming offers the opportunity to grow professionally within a practice that values expertise, integrity, and compassionate service. If you are a Licensed PT who thrives in a patient-focused, community-oriented setting and is excited about developing or advancing your skills in hand therapy and rehabilitation, we invite you to bring your dedication and clinical strengths to our team.
