About

Hand & Physical Therapy of Wyoming is seeking a Licensed PT to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department, providing high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong focus on hand therapy and rehabilitation. As a key member of our collaborative and compassionate clinical team, you will evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity, post-surgical, orthopedic, and general musculoskeletal conditions, helping them restore function, reduce pain, and return to meaningful activities. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional training, and appropriate use of modalities. With a strong emphasis on hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, you will work closely with referring physicians, surgeons, and other providers to coordinate care, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. You will maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic medical record system and ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. You will educate patients and their families on diagnosis, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies for maximizing independence and functional outcomes. You will contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment where therapists share expertise, consult on complex cases, and participate in continuous learning and clinical development, particularly in specialized hand therapy practice. As part of Hand & Physical Therapy of Wyoming, you will be valued for your clinical judgment, compassionate care, and commitment to helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. This position offers the opportunity to grow professionally in a setting that prioritizes mentorship, specialization, and community-focused service. You will manage a varied caseload appropriate to your experience level, participate in case discussions and in-service education, and have the chance to deepen your skills in hand therapy and upper extremity rehabilitation. Our culture emphasizes respect, teamwork, and patient-first care, and we support our therapists in building long-term, rewarding careers within the Jackson community. This is an on-site clinical role that requires reliable presence in the clinic to provide hands-on care and individualized attention for each patient.
