- Overseeing all Master Data procedures at Panasonic Industry Europe and implementing actions to ensure updates are reflected in the appropriate support systems, including SAP and workflow applications.
- Review PIEU Master Data processes, suggest optimizations, and update SAP and workflow systems accordingly.
- Participate in different Governance and Compliance initiatives, help develop and improve systems, techniques, and protocols
- Assess and provide guidance on incidents concerning Master Data, as well as coordinate necessary corrective measures.
- Update and improve PIEU Internal Authorization Rules, including integration with supporting IT systems
- Manage annual Customer Bonus with Sales and Finance teams
- Manage bulk modifications, settings, and running master data reports
- Oversee and schedule bulk material uploads
- Establish and update essential Business Partner data, including customer, vendor, bank master records, as well as material, batch/segmentation, and purchase information record details
- Participate and contribute to various projects related to the SAP business environment
- Professional Education in commercial studies, data science or a similar field
- Business fluent command of both English and German
- Extensive software knowledge and several years of experience, preferably in a Key User role of SAP SD/MM, TM or FI/CO
- Strong experience with ERP systems, databases, and workflow processes; strong analytical abilities and a focus on process improvement
- A positive and proactive mindset paired with the ability to successfully communicate with different stakeholders
