Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented UX Operations Associate to support our UX team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and efficient use of UX tools, technologies, and software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user access, creating internal processes, tracking budgets, changing permissions for software and licensing, creating presentations and slide decks, and working on analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage user access to UX tools, technologies, and software.
* Develop and implement internal processes to streamline UX operations.
* Track and manage budgets related to UX tools and software.
* Change permissions for software and licensing as needed.
* Create compelling presentations and slide decks for internal and external stakeholders.
* Conduct analytics and reporting to support UX team initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Qualifications:
* Associate degree or higher in a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong technical skills and familiarity with UX tools and software.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Proficiency in creating presentations and reports.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
