As a key member of our collaborative, patient-focused team, you will work closely with referring providers, certified hand therapists, and fellow clinicians to coordinate care and ensure exceptional clinical outcomes. You will manage a diverse caseload, document accurately and efficiently in our electronic medical record system, and contribute to the clinic’s culture of continuous improvement and compassionate care. This position provides the opportunity to grow professionally, pursue advanced training and certification, and become an integral part of a team committed to serving the Jackson community.
The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about upper extremity rehabilitation, values collaboration, and is motivated to build long-term patient relationships.
