About
In this role, you will provide direct leadership to registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and medical support staff, ensuring that patient care is safe, efficient, and aligned with evidence-based standards. You will coordinate staffing and daily workflow, support triage and care coordination, and promote smooth patient flow so individuals and families receive timely, respectful care. Working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, and administrative staff, you will help deliver integrated, team-based care that addresses physical, emotional, and social determinants of health.
The RN Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality and safety initiatives, including infection prevention practices, medication safety, and adherence to clinical protocols. You will review clinical and operational data, identify trends, and collaborate with leadership to design improvements that enhance patient outcomes and experience. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, maintaining clear documentation and upholding organizational policies and procedures.
A core aspect of this position is the professional development and support of the nursing team. You will onboard and mentor new staff, coordinate ongoing training, and provide regular feedback and coaching to foster clinical excellence and growth. By modeling compassionate communication and ethical decision-making, you will help cultivate a supportive work environment where staff feel empowered to advocate for patients and for each other.

While the RN Manager will primarily work on-site to lead the clinical team and support direct patient care, there may be limited hybrid flexibility for administrative and planning responsibilities.
