The Role
You will work as part of a technical team responsible for installing, supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure. The role involves working across routing, switching, firewalls and connectivity while providing high-quality technical support.
Typical responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting network and connectivity issues
Supporting routers, switches, firewalls and VPNs
Monitoring network performance and responding to alerts
Assisting with network installations, upgrades and maintenance
Working with end users and internal team members to resolve technical issues
Contributing to documentation and service improvements
Skills & Experience
We are interested in candidates with experience in some / all of the following (the more the better, but not all essential):
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
Firewalls, VPNs and network security
Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper or similar technologies
Network monitoring tools
Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Strong communication and problem-solving ability
Not all skills are essential, and we are happy to consider candidates looking to develop their networking / security skills and career.
