Our platform is currently built and tailored *predominantly for a single major client*, giving you the opportunity to work closely on a focused, evolving system with real-world impact, rather than a fragmented multi-client product.
This is a *full-time, office-based role* located in *Rising Bridge, Accrington, Lancashire*, with *direct access to the M66 and M65*, making it easily commutable from Manchester, Preston, Blackburn, and surrounding areas.

*THE ROLE*
You will be working on a live, production CRM system, contributing to both:
* *Backend system development (Laravel)*
* *Frontend web forms and user journeys*
This is a hands-on role where you’ll build features end-to-end, optimise performance, and play a key role in the ongoing development of a core business system.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Develop and maintain backend systems using *PHP (Laravel framework)*
* Build and improve *frontend web forms and user interfaces*
* Design and implement APIs and integrations
* Write efficient and scalable *MySQL queries*
* Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in a live production environment
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver new features
* Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and security
* Maintain clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
*REQURIED SKILLS*
* Minimum *2+ years commercial experience* with PHP and Laravel
* Strong understanding of *Laravel and MVC architecture*
* Experience working with *MySQL databases*
* Solid frontend skills (*HTML, CSS, JavaScript*)
* Experience building *web forms and handling user input workflows*
* Familiarity with APIs and integrations
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
*NICE TO HAVE*
* Experience working on *CRM systems or internal business platforms*
* Exposure to *Vue.js or React*
* Experience with *Git and version control workflows*
* Understanding of *data protection / GDPR considerations*
* Experience in a fast-paced or scaling tech environment

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
