Early Years Assistant

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Deliver engaging learning experiences and planned activities for your key group, providing outstanding opportunities for children.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.
• Partner with parents to achieve the best outcomes for their children.
• Assess and report on children's progress to support their continued development.
• Bring passion and inspiration to your role, actively engaging in your own professional learning and development.
• Be fun, caring, and friendly, promoting a high-quality learning environment.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A genuine passion and commitment to working in childcare.
• The ability to work shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, totaling up to 40 hours per week.
• A commitment to continual professional development.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A relevant qualification such as NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, NVQ Level 3, or EY Educator.
