* Run in-home or virtual consultations with qualified leads * Educate customers on ADT's home security solutions * Close sales with professionalism and urgency * Schedule installations and ensure follow-through * Log all customer activity in CRM and follow up as needed * Represent the ADT brand with integrity and enthusiasm
✅ Qualifications:
* 1+ year of proven sales experience preferred (home security, solar, pest control, telecom, or similar a PLUS) * Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills * Familiar with CRM platforms (or willing to learn) * Reliable vehicle + valid driver's license * Clean background * Self-motivated, confident, and performance-driven
