A Day in the Life of an Operations Supervisor:

• Assign and supervise work crews operating solidwastecollectionequipment.
• Monitors progress of daily operations, reassigns employees, and makesstaffing changesas necessary.
• Helps develop and executesafetygoals.
• Conductsfield inspectionsand audits of all site personnel to ensure properwork procedures.
• Receives and reviewscustomer complaintsregarding collection programs.
• Performs reviews andperformance managementdiscussions.
• Formulates both short-term and long-term goals andaction plansfor the Hauling Company.
• Oversees a variety of complexcompliance programs, including environmental,OSHA, and local permitting.

Must Have:
• Have or ability to obtain aCDL
