*Job Summary*
The Customer Operations Data Specialist is the subject matter expert within the Operations team for implementing and maintaining Customer Master Data, EDI and EPCIS Data Feeds. This is a full-time position working in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.
*Responsibilities will include:*
* Configuring and maintaining our growing master data network of customers, trading partners, and product data within the ConsortiEX software.
* Coordinating with third-parties for enabling EDI and EPCIS connections and integrations with ConsortiEX software.
* On-going monitoring of EDI and EPCIS connections for data completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
* Identifying, escalating, and managing resolution of data quality issues – both internally with software development team – and externally with trading partners.
* Developing standard work to improve data management processes and procedures.
* Collaborating with cross functional teams for all Master Data, EDI, and EPCIS related issues and questions.
* Performing other assigned duties or special projects as required.

*Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
* Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and EPCIS (Electronic Product Code Information Services)
* Knowledge of Atlassian products including but not limited to JIRA and Confluence
* Strong reporting analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively with business and technical personnel to drive issue resolution
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Ability to identify and implement business process improvements
* Excellent communication skills and professional and friendly customer service
* Experience with MS Office and Adobe
* Organized and attentive to detail
* Demonstrate leadership and organizational capabilities
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
