The Head of DevOps is accountable for the enterprise governance and strategic direction of CI/CD pipelines, environments, and release orchestration across M Groups software engineering capability. This role requires someone to ensure that software can be built, tested, released and operated at scale, with consistent quality, minimal risk, and strong compliance, while avoiding the creation of a shadow DevOps or operations team.
