A leading modular construction company based in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking an experienced and proactive Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to join their dynamic team.

This innovative firm designs, manufactures, and delivers volumetric modular buildings for high-impact sectors such as healthcare, education, housing, and commercial development - and they’re scaling fast.

As HSE Manager, you’ll play a critical leadership role, driving a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization, with full ownership of programs aligned to ISO 45001, COR 2020, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company-wide HSE program and training strategy
• Oversee audits, inspections, and compliance frameworks (ISO 45001 / COR 2020)
• Champion proactive risk management and continuous improvement
• Own WSIB reporting, modified work programs, and 4Safe administration
• Support Joint Health & Safety Committee activities and safety communications

✅ You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years of HSE experience, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity
• Experience in construction or industrial manufacturing environments
• Solid understanding of OHSA, WSIB, and hazardous materials protocols
• CRSP or NCSO preferred
• Confident communicator and influential safety leader
