About
We currently have an opportunity for first line Customer Support Technician to join us on a permanent and full-time basis – working in our fast-paced and growing Service & Support department.
*Duties will include:*
* Providing unparalleled first line customer support, to a range of clients within the hospitality and retail sector via phone, email, and chat
* Preparing EPoS equipment for despatch, inline with agreed timelines, and managing the delivery process
* Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns have been addressed and resolved
* General IT support and EPoS system programming
* Software management & support
* Proficient in using customer support software and CRM systems
* Attending call out visits to customer sites as required
* Rotation of out of hours remote support on-call responsibilities
* On site installations as required
*Who you’ll be:*
* A self-starter with a positive can-do attitude
* Be computer literate
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to remain calm in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
* Possess excellent organisational skills in a multi-tasking environment
* Have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle in order to attend call outs to customer sites
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
