• Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS throughout the nursery.
• Embed and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Facilitate inspections by regulatory bodies and implement recommendations.
• Promote a key person approach to foster secure attachments and identify staff training needs.
• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's developmental stages.
• Encourage a culture of self-evaluation and reflective practice.
• Address complaints or concerns promptly and inform senior management.
• Maintain accurate records related to children and staff on the EyMan system.
• Participate in nursery publications, advertising, and marketing activities.
• Foster positive relations with an approachable demeanor and attentive listening.

• Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Essential: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years.
• Essential: Strong knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
• Essential: Over 1 year of management experience.
• Desirable: Level 5 qualification in Childcare and/or Management and Leadership.
• Desirable: Experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection at a Good or Outstanding level.
