About
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated R*egistered Nurse (RN) * to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a passion for providing quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatment protocols in various healthcare settings. Your expertise in areas such as pediatrics will be essential in delivering exceptional care to our patients.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct physical examinations and health assessments of patients.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in their condition.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care strategies.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using Athenahealth or similar systems.
* Employ aseptic techniques during procedures to prevent infection.
* Triage support in toddler care and pediatrics, addressing the unique needs of younger patients.
*Qualifications*
* Current *Registered Nurse (RN) * license in good standing.
* Proven experience in pediatrics is preferred.
* Familiarity with medical terminology.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate patients effectively.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
