AMN is Partnered with a well-established not-for-profit health system serving Northwest Indiana and the greater Chicagoland region. The system continues to expand orthopedic surgery services and invest heavily in specialty care programs.

Position Overview:

* Hospital-employed Orthopedic Surgery position

* Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consult service

o 1:7 Call Rotation

* Flexible practice structure allowing physicians to tailor volume and productivity goals

* Collegial group of system physicians eager to provide mentorship and support in developing physician practices

Compensation:

* Generous Base Salary: plus production bonuses

o 650+ Earning Potential

* Significant earning potential depending on productivity and practice style

* Sign-on bonus, Relocation and/or Fellowship stipend available

* Comprehensive benefits package

* Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
