Are you passionate about crafting exquisite sushi and Japanese cuisine? Sumo Japanese Kitchen is seeking an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team! Bring your culinary expertise and creativity to our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality sushi rolls and Japanese dishes tailored to recipes and customer preferences.
* Maintain a clean, organized workspace with proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
* Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless and efficient food preparation.
* Monitor inventory to keep our kitchen well-stocked.
* Uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards.
