Job DescriptionAs an Advanced Software Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing innovative software solutions for our Building Automation Commercial Security systems. End-to-End Problem Solving: Prioritize, reproduce, troubleshoot, and fix complex software defects through coding and QA completion. Strategic Design: Propose and implement architectural improvements to take the platform to the next level. Stakeholder Synergy: Collaborate closely with QA, customers, integrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment. Agile Leadership: Provide clear, simplified status updates to leadership and provide reliable progress estimates within a multi-site Agile framework.
