*HVAC Service Manager:*
· Thorsen’s-Norquist, Inc. is looking for a Manager to lead our service team.
· Minimum 5+ years of HVAC field experience in residential and commercial service.
· Excellent customer and people skills.
· Previous experience in service management roles.
· Excellent industry knowledge and the ability to read blue prints and schematics.
· Thorough understanding of job cost tracking.
· Excellent team and individual leadership skills.
*Service Manager Duties to include but not be limited to:*
· Lead and manage all service projects and assist with installation projects.
· Provide the highest level of professionalism, communication, and integrity to our customers.
· Maintain stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
· Participate in the hiring, training, and coaching of field staff.
· Communicate with the Installation Coordinator on all assigned projects.
· Work closely with Service Technicians to ensure departmental excellence and
profitability.
· Work closely with purchasing on all materials and resources for assigned projects.
· Assist in warranty filing.
