About
What you need to have: Comparable sales leadership experience, with a focus on outbound lead generation or business development. Familiarity with FCA regulations and other relevant compliance frameworks within financial services. A passion for making a difference to the working lives, skills and success of colleagues. An understanding of the commercial insurance industry and market dynamics. Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple issues/ challenges simultaneously. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
