About

We are seeking a
Systems Engineer II
to serve as a technical leader in developing, automating, and enhancing enterprise system applications. In this role, you will support critical data, reporting, and workflow automation initiatives across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business needs, designing and implementing technical solutions, and guiding team members in modern engineering practices. This position plays a key role in ensuring that enterprise systems are scalable, stable, and aligned with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot automated enterprise workflows using
C# ,
SSIS ,
SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) , and
web service integrations . Collaborate with internal teams to clarify business requirements, build test plans, and deliver system enhancements and defect fixes. Utilize SSMS, SSIS, and Visual Studio to design and implement technical solutions. Support test and production environments, monitor performance, and resolve technical issues. Conduct peer reviews and technical walkthroughs. Produce ad hoc reports for analysis and validation. Develop system changes aligned with approved designs and coding standards. Promote code through environments and validate changes. Prepare and present proposals for system enhancements and improvements. Evaluate feasibility and impact of proposed solutions. Maintain accurate and detailed technical documentation. Participate in QA activities and code reviews. Serve as a technical lead on development initiatives. Provide technical estimates and assess impacts of system changes. Required Qualifications
4+ years analyzing business requirements and developing/testing applications. 4+ years of remote collaboration experience. 4+ years of experience serving as a technical lead. 2+ years leading a technical team. Strong understanding of
databases, SQL, C#, and REST endpoints . Experience with the
Microsoft Power Platform
and
Microsoft 365 ecosystem . Experience with mainframe utilities and programming. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of SDLC methodologies. Proficiency with
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint . Desired Qualifications
Experience developing with
C# . Working knowledge of
SSMS
and
SSIS . Prior experience leading technical teams. Education & Certifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred
Working Conditions
Fully remote role. May require flexible hours during release cycles. Occasional after-hours work may be needed for outages or security incidents. ABOUT EIGHT ELEVEN:
